    Children with autism and other neurodivergent needs are present in every community setting—classrooms, churches, camps, youth programs, and beyond. Yet many adults responsible for supporting them have never received practical training on how to respond, communicate, and create environments where they can thrive.

    The Inclusion Impact Initiative equips organizations with practical strategies, real-world coaching, and autism-informed support designed to strengthen inclusion across everyday environments.

    How It Works

    Phase 1 – Foundational Training
