What Does an RBT Do?
Think of an RBT as a coach, teacher, and supporter for autistic children.
RBTs work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills, communicate more effectively, build confidence, and become more independent.
It's a rewarding career for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact.
Why Become an RBT?
Becoming a Registered Behavior Technician is more than just finding a job—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of autistic children and their families.
As an RBT, you'll help children learn new skills, build valuable professional experience, and work in a growing field dedicated to creating positive change.
For many professionals, the most rewarding part of the role is witnessing a child achieve a milestone they once struggled to reach.
