Find Me Here is building a community where individuals with autism and their families can connect, participate, and experience more together.
When you join our community, you'll help us get to know your family so we can connect you with age-appropriate activities, community experiences, family gatherings, conversations, resources, and upcoming opportunities.
Individuals can connect through age-appropriate Find Me Here groups such as Little Explorers, Trailblazers, and Next Gen, while parents and caregivers connect through Pathfinders — our community created for the adults walking alongside them.
Little Explorers | Ages 3–7
For our youngest explorers and their families. A space to play, explore new experiences, build confidence, and enjoy inclusive activities in the community.
Trailblazers | Ages 8–14
For kids and early teens ready to explore more of their world. Trailblazers creates opportunities to try new things, build everyday skills, connect with others, and take part in meaningful community experiences.
Next Gen | Ages 14+
For teens and young adults moving toward greater independence. Next Gen focuses on real-life experiences, exploring interests, building connections, developing everyday skills, and discovering what's next.
Pathfinders | Parents & Caregivers
Because parents and caregivers need connection, too. Pathfinders is a space to connect with other families, share experiences, join conversations, discover resources, and stay connected to opportunities throughout the Find Me Here community.
